Eons after the creation of the universe, and after the rise and development of innumerable species and cultures, the Great Spirit descends upon the very heart of creation, the cradle of life: Eoris. This planet bears the universe’s name and lays in the farthest reaches of the cosmos where reality turns to dream. Eoris is the birthplace of the first mortal creatures, the mecca of civilisation, and the sanctuary of the ‘Sil’, angels of creation and direct descendents of God.

A few years after her arrival, God unconsciously proclaims her wish to die, a call only her angels can sense. This event marks the beginning of a new war, one that confronts the mighty empires of the mortals that strictly oppose the destruction of the Great Spirit against the ‘Last Angels’, celestial creatures that descended from the heavens to fulfil the celestial mandate.

In this war, the nature of our devotion to God opposes our need to live.

What is more important... God or her creation?

Story #1

#1
It is one man against the pouring rain. Water shards, like blades, strike his eyes as he looks up into the heavens. It pains him, but it is impossible to look away, the light in the sky is unlike anything he has ever seen. Clouds now drawing near and above explode in thunder, pushed by the appearance of a celestial vessel, a ship, like a spear, that plummets from outer space and into his world. Clouds are ignited in electric fires, lightning shattering the skies and breaking the absolute silence all creatures have procured for this moment. It is impossible to look away. A great equalizer has emerged from the heavens, one that has levelled every being in sight, drawn their spirit out of breath, challenged their dreams. It is a fragment of the White Ring, sun to this far away land. And with its descent he runs. The wind follows and he is terrified at the idea of being crushed by this new tourist. And so he runs stumbling over his own uncertainty. He turns to look back, hoping his imagination is clouding his mind but the crystal shard, vibrant and energized in lightning and white light radiates truth into his being. He is paralyzed at what he sees within.
